Startup India Registration

Startup India is a flagship initiative of the Government of India to build a strong ecosystem for nurturing innovation and startups in the country. The benefits of Startup India recognition include tax exemption for 3 years, fast-tracking patent applications, easier public procurement norms, and funding support.

Eligibility Criteria

• The startup must be registered as a Private Limited Company, LLP, or Partnership firm
• Must not be more than 10 years old
• Annual turnover should not exceed ₹100 crore in any of the previous financial years
• The entity should be working towards innovation, development, or improvement of products/processes/services
• Should not be formed by splitting or reconstructing an existing business

• Details of Directors and Partners
• Website/Deck/Video or Patent (if any)
